Legal · TermsTerms of Service
Last updated: April 12, 2026. These terms govern access to the Speedizon public website and the Atlas platform. Fulfilment services are governed separately by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Speedizon and each brand customer.
1. Acceptance
By accessing speedizon.com (the "Site") or signing into the Atlas platform (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Platform.
2. Who can use this
The Site is publicly available for informational purposes. Atlas access is provisioned only for individuals authorized by an active Speedizon brand customer, in connection with the services governed by their MSA. You may not share Atlas credentials, automate access in ways not described in the Atlas API documentation, or impersonate another user.
3. Your account
If you create an Atlas account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. We support per-user MFA and strongly recommend its use. Notify support@speedizon.com immediately if you suspect a credential compromise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Platform in a manner that violates applicable law or any third-party right.
- Interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the Platform, including by probing for vulnerabilities outside our published responsible-disclosure programme.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any non-open-source Speedizon software.
- Use the Site or Platform to ship goods we have classified as prohibited (hazardous materials outside DOT-permitted lanes, controlled substances outside DEA-permitted lanes, items prohibited by destination-country import rules).
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialise the Platform or its data without a signed reseller agreement.
5. Content and intellectual property
All Site content, logos, the Speedizon and Atlas wordmarks, and the design system itself are owned by Speedizon Logistics, Inc., or our licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement of a third-party product or service without our prior written consent.
Content uploaded to Atlas by a brand customer — order data, packaging artwork, SKU imagery — remains the property of that brand. We hold a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the contracted services.
6. Fulfilment services
The actual fulfilment, storage, returns, and routing services Speedizon provides are governed exclusively by the Master Services Agreement signed between Speedizon and the brand customer. Nothing on this Site or Platform creates or modifies fulfilment service obligations outside of that MSA.
7. Pricing on this site
The plan prices shown on the Pricing page are starting points for the most common deployment patterns. They are not a binding offer. Your contracted rate is the rate in your signed MSA and applicable Statement of Work, which is built from your specific SKU geometry, channel mix, and customer zip distribution.
8. Beta features
Speedizon may make certain features available on a beta or early-access basis. Beta features are provided "as-is", may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and are excluded from the SLA committed to in your MSA unless explicitly included by amendment.
9. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in your MSA, the Site and Platform are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make no warranty (express, implied, or statutory) of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site or Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Speedizon's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Speedizon in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one thousand U.S. dollars (US$1,000). Liability for fulfilment-service events is governed instead by your MSA. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, wilful misconduct).
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Speedizon harmless from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms or of applicable law; (b) your shipment through Speedizon of goods that breach Section 4; or (c) your infringement of a third-party intellectual property right through content you upload to Atlas.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Platform without notice if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive. Fulfilment service termination is governed exclusively by your MSA.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms (other than equitable relief for IP infringement, which may be sought in any competent court) will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs unless awarded otherwise by the arbitrator.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material updates take effect 30 days after the revised version is posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
