Last updated: April 12, 2026. We use a small, transparent set of cookies — first-party only, no third-party advertising. Here is exactly what we use and why.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember actions and preferences (such as authentication state or theme) over a period of time, so you don't have to repeat them each visit.
2. Our approach
Speedizon uses cookies sparingly. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this Site or inside Atlas. We do not sell cookie-derived data. We do not enable cross-site tracking. Where cookies are not strictly necessary, we ask for consent on first visit and respect the choice you make.
3. Categories we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the basic operation of the Site and Platform. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
- spdz_session — Atlas authentication session. First-party. Session-scoped (expires when you close the browser, or at 14 days max).
- XSRF-TOKEN — Cross-site request forgery protection on form submissions. First-party. Session-scoped.
- spdz_consent — Records your cookie consent choice so we don't ask again on every page load. First-party. 12 months.
3.2 Functional
These cookies remember preferences that improve usability but aren't strictly required.
- spdz_theme — Remembers your Atlas dashboard theme (light, dark, or system). First-party. 12 months.
- spdz_hub_preference — Remembers the default hub view you've selected in Atlas. First-party. 12 months.
3.3 Analytics
We operate a minimal first-party analytics package on the public Site to understand which content brand operators find useful. No third-party trackers are involved; data is processed on Speedizon-controlled infrastructure.
- spdz_visit_id — A rotating anonymous identifier that lets us distinguish unique visits from repeat visits within a 7-day window. First-party. 7 days.
- spdz_pageview — Records which page is being viewed so we can count visits per page. First-party. Session-scoped.
Analytics cookies are not set until you have given consent through the banner on first visit.
4. What we don't use
- Third-party advertising cookies (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok Pixel, etc.).
- Cross-site behavioural tracking of any kind.
- Session-replay tooling on the Atlas Platform.
- Heatmap scripts that record keystrokes or mouse movement.
5. Controlling cookies
You can change your consent preferences at any time using the cookie banner. Most modern browsers also allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings — typically under Privacy or Security. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will prevent core functionality (you will not be able to sign into Atlas). Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the Site or Platform.
6. Do Not Track
We honour the Do Not Track (DNT) signal from your browser. When DNT is set to "1", we will not set analytics cookies, regardless of any consent previously recorded on this device.
7. Changes to this policy
If we add, change, or remove cookies materially, we will refresh the table above and reset the consent banner so you can make a fresh choice. Non-material updates (small phrasing changes, link updates) are made silently with the last-updated date refreshed above.
